Constitution.
The purposes of Nesting Place Society are:
To promote health by providing pregnant women or women who have experienced pregnancy loss and their family members with access to support resources, such as pregnancy testing, medical referrals, one-on-one and group support programs, post-partum care, and pregnancy loss and/or sexual health information.
To advance education by providing classes on the subjects of grief, pregnancy loss, sexual health, childbirth, healthy relationships, coping skills, communication skills and supporting family systems through loss, parental support, infant/childcare development and nutrition, and postpartum care.
To relieve poverty by providing parents in need, and helping parents in need acquire, the basic necessities of life, such as food, clothing, diapers, and infant/toddler care equipment.
To advance religion by providing spiritual support and teachings in accordance with the tenets and doctrines of the Christian faith.
To do all such things as are incidental or ancillary to the attainment of the above purposes.
